My order took longer than expected; however, as soon as I contacted customer care, they reached out asap and made sure that my order is on its way. The watch itself is beautiful, dainty and small, just the way I wanted it. Overall very satisfied customer. 😊
So sophisticated and elegant, I absolutely love the size and shape.
Beautiful watch but came defective! Within a couple hours of wearing, the watch hands would intermittently start and stop despite attempts to fix by adjusting the crown and resetting the time multiple times. This perhaps points to a low battery (which, while easy to fix, is such a red flag for a new piece) or an issue with the mechanism - either way, this reflects alarmingly poor craftsmanship for an accessory at this price point. Pretty disappointed.
