Damaged, terrible quality

I ordered three of these necklaces for myself and my two sisters as a gift on my wedding day this summer. I received these and they are made to an abysmal quality. Some of the stones are sunken down and others are stuck onto the gold, not even placed in a setting. They have not even been stuck on in the centre and look like plastic jewels from a children's toy. I have contacted Rosefield for a return and they have said that they cannot issue me a return because it is personalised however it is illegal to not issue a return for an item that is damaged.
